Here is an easy 5 step way to create great looking bubbles in Photoshop 1. Create a 124x121 new document in Photoshop 2. Use the Eliptical Marquee tool to create a cirlce (shift+F4) and colour it in so it looks like the one below 3.Use the Dodge tool to create highlights until it looks like the one below 4.
